WP TRAX by WP Suspension
WP Suspension has extended its successful 5018 MX Competition shock absorber range with the ingenious, self adjusting GP TRAX system to obtain the highest levels of grip ever achieved on a motocross circuit.
WP TRAX is a very compact, mechanical system that is integrated into the bottom section of the shock absorber. WP has developed the inventive GP TRAX system in close co-operation with off-road world champions.
WP TRAX detects when the pressure on the rear wheel decreases then immediately activates the mechanism by which the rear wheel is pushed back to the ground in milliseconds. This results in absolute maximum traction under all conditions faced on motocross tracks.
WP TRAX shock absorbers are available for the following 2008 MX bikes:
Honda CRF 250 – CRF 450
KTM SXF 250 – SXF 450
Kawasaki KX 250 F – KX 450 F
Suzuki RMZ 250 – RMZ 450
Yamaha YZ 250F – YZ450 F
Additional configurations are available for Enduro and Supermoto requirements.
